Terms and conditions

These terms apply to all services and bookings from Bonafide Detailer.

1. Definitions

In these terms, 'contractor' means Bonafide Detailer and 'client' means any natural or legal person purchasing a service.

2. Applicability

These terms apply to all quotes, appointments and agreements unless agreed otherwise in writing.

3. Quotes and pricing

Price indications are non-binding unless explicitly stated otherwise. In case of additional contamination, damage or extra requests, a revised quote may follow after inspection.

4. Booking and agreement

A website booking confirms a drop-off moment. Internal detailing planning is coordinated afterwards by Bonafide Detailer.

5. Service execution

Services are executed with due care and craftsmanship. Time indications remain estimates and may vary based on vehicle condition and selected work.

6. Client obligations

The client must provide accurate details, deliver the vehicle on time and share relevant information in advance (such as damage, defects or specific requests).

7. Changes, cancellation and no-show

Changes or cancellation are possible up to 24 hours before the scheduled drop-off moment. In case of no-show or very late cancellation, Bonafide Detailer may charge reasonable costs.

8. Payment

Payment must be made according to the agreed method and term. In case of non-payment, statutory interest and collection costs may apply.

9. Liability and complaints

Liability is limited to direct damage demonstrably caused by intent or gross negligence. Complaints are handled as quickly as possible after written notice.

10. Force majeure

In case of force majeure, Bonafide Detailer may postpone execution or (partially) terminate the agreement without liability for damages.

11. Intellectual property

All texts, images and website content remain property of Bonafide Detailer or licensors and may not be reused without permission.

12. Applicable law

Dutch law applies to these terms. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
